About Khadijah Queen
Khadijah Queen is an African-American poet. She is the author of six books, including I'm So Fine: A List of Famous Men & What I Had On (2017). Earlier poetry collections include Conduit (2008), Black Peculiar (2011) and Fearful Beloved (2015). Her verse play Non-Sequitur (2015) won the Leslie Scalapino Award for Innovative Women's Performance Writing. Individual poems and prose appear in Fence, Tin House, American Poetry Review, Buzzfeed, Gulf Coast, Poor Claudia, The Offing, New Delta Review, Memoir, DIAGRAM, LitHub, Poetry, The Force of What's Possible and widely elsewhere. Other reviews of her work can be found in BOMB Magazine, Publishers Weekly, Kenyon Review, and other publications.
