The sea in evidence
that there is more than land
some will not believe it
clinging to old furrows
that change but more slowly
the sea which is evident
in its flux which is constant
as they will see if they dare try
and the contrasts do come
across the waves in length
and an austere breadth
evident in those changes
as all of this comes from water
and the stones continue
in their weeping
