“Wonderful Night”
by Joe Ortonio
The queen of the night appealing on the sky;
Like a canvass in the dark shines forth its time.
After a long day break here I come;
Overshadowing the land on its perfect kingdom.
Haze kick the top of rock, mountains and valleys hides on the dark;
Oh come, oh fear please visit not.
For appreciation not perish thy sight;
Watchful eye that glows in the dark.
I tried to say to the queen of the night;
How beautiful you are in the silent of the dark.
Catching a glimpse hidden unchained;
Embracing cold breeze that warms from within.
Walking in a distant shadow detaching from the world;
To appreciate more its beauty own splendor.
Glittering overhead give light to my path;
Little sparkling sand scattered above canvass.
Your appeal does not aged, even years counts a hundred times;
For you alone has shared this hues uniqueness.
Lullabies you are in someone’s heart crying;
Consoling the suffered from cruelty of the world.
