Being underwater is like a trip to heaven
Being underwater is so sweet
Being underwater is like flying in the ocean
Where the surface is meters beneath your feet
Being underwater is like a dream come true
I wish it was real, but the chances are few
Being underwater is like returning to childhood
When I owned an aquarium and a tin of fish food
Being underwater is like dancing with the fishes
And that totally is one of my wishes!
Being underwater is like a fairy tale
A kingdom where the king is a whale
Being underwater is like getting lost in a sleep
Snoring loudly, hundreds of fathoms deep
Being underwater is like counting as you breathe
Only some understand the magic of the oceans beneath

ABOUT THE POET ~
I started writing poems when i was in the third grade (eight years old). I have been writing since then. I used to publish some of my poems in children's magazines and newspapers. I now have decided to move on and show my work to a larger audience., my biggest dream is becoming a well-known poet and writer. My friends and family are the biggest part of my dream.
