We Must Unite

by Collin Bentley

As we come to this land
When we expect peace
We do not unite

Shooting after shooting
As more people perish
We must unite.
As more people perish
We have less of a chance to unite.

Unless we come together
There will be fury.
While the clash goes on
We wont have peace.

It is not black lives matter.
It is not white lives matter
It is not Asian lives matter.
It is all lives matter.

In 1776
We became one to have peace
Not fury

Day after day
As more people perish
By shooting after shooting
We must unite.
