Grandma's Fingers

by Drora Matlofsky

Apple sauce is good.
Apple sauce is sweet.
It's wet and solid enough
To linger round the mouth.
Apple sauce is good,
But after a bit it disappears.

Grandma's fingers are sweet too.
They are strong, they are soft
And they stay in the mouth
For a long, long time.
