Empowerment

My mind stops racing, my heart is full.
These reoccurring feelings radiate over me.
As I lay in solitude, I feel a presence.
Wondering how a place so silent seems so loud.
Overwhelmed by these emotions,
I feel the vibrations within my body.
Hearing my own heart beating
Feeling blood racing through my veins.
Feeling the world beneath me rotate on its axis.
Meditating and pondering the true beauty of life.
Fully understanding my spirituality
And all that surrounds it.
Grasping the strength that is inside of me.
Completely in sync with my inner self.
I am paralyzed by the knowledge being instilled in me.
Realizing just how powerful I am.
Releasing the hate from every cell in my body.
Forgiving all wrong doings I have encountered.
I let go of negativity and focus only on my spirit.
This is me regaining the ability to love myself.
I am destined for greatness in this journey.
The rest of my life begins today.
