and philosophical ramble

themes of mutual interest
to relish and digest
analyse
and even criticise
friends and family
with scandals to revive
dramas to relive
politicians to pillory
religion to rubbish
nostalgically reminiscing
although not always agreeing
but happily conceding
while savouring the pleasure
of our propinquity together.
