your Neferteri hands.
My memory
gets wet
in the dark
in
the
newly falling
rains
of your
farewell.
wet, wet,
we'll bead upon the years,
memorabilia hung with tears
to dry.
We know now
(you, you and me)
these two things we must forget.
each other.
