He likes to sit in the dark, where he can see his thoughts
He can’t give you wisdom any more, he couldn’t find the words to say it
Another lovely day, with not so much to say
Fear kept him quiet
Joy kept him fearless
Another hideous day, with another story to tell
She heard him repeat the new words
Who would have known? Who would have guessed?
Unnecessary details about his life
What comes out of his mouth is not for sale
Joy keeps him fearless
Fear keeps him quiet
