Truth is nothing but a lie
Sun-spot on the eyes of the living
It circumvents our Siegfried Lines
And turns time to stone
Truth has taken up arms
Goaded by interdiction
Its laws cast in bronze keep us apart
Its words have ceilings and walls
Thinking there's just one target is a trap
So many fields are sown
So many harvests reaped
Let us fete instead our passing suns
Our words taking French leave
Our routes en route
Our multiple horizons.
